Doluri - in English
Doluri from Göteborg, Sweden is the only vocal ensemble in Scandinavia specialized in the ancient tradition of Georgian folklore. Johan Westman formed the group in 1996, and many of its' members are professional musicians. Jens Möller is Doluri's artistic and administrative manager since 1996.
The Doluri ensemble is quite well known in Georgia. The whole ensemble visited Georgia in 1996 and 2001, and single members or small groups from the chorus regularly go to the small Caucasian country to learn more about the Georgian music.
